WHAT CAN WE CUT ?
Our Waterjet Sweden machine allows us to cut almost any material up to 250mm thick, from a cutting a chocolate bar to a Boeing 747 wing and just about everything else in between including glass, stainless steel, copper, and wood.
HOW DOES WATERJET CUTTING WORK?
The waterjet process pressurises water to 60,000 - 90,000psi and applies a garnet abrasive allowing for virtually any material known to man to be cut. forced through the cutting nozzle to produce a water stream ADVANTAGES OF WATERJET CUTTING Unlike other methods of cutting such as a laser, waterjet is a cold cutting process which applies no heat and it is equally at home to cutting carpets or insulation materal as it does not alter the microstructure and properties of the material.

We are now able to offer, by way of recent alliances, Fibre Laser Cutting and Anodising. Anodising lengths upto 12000mm, the process adding strength, corrosion resistance and beauty to your parts.
